ချုံချင့်ကုန်သည်ကြီးများအသင်းက ကြီးမှူး၍ ချုံချင့်မြူနီစီပယ်မြို့ရှိ InterContinental Chongqing Raffles City ၌ ၄-၂-၂၀၂၆ ရက်တွင် ကျင်းပခဲ့သည့် ၂၀၂၆ နွေဦးပွဲတော်အကြို မိတ်ဖက်တွေ့ဆုံပွဲသို့ ချုံချင့်မြို့၊ မြန်မာကောင်စစ်ဝန်ချုပ် ဦးကျော်ဇေယျာလင်းမှ တက်ရောက် ကာ ချုံချင့်မြို့ အခြေစိုက် ကောင်စစ်ဝန်ချုပ်များ ကိုယ်စားနှုတ်ခွန်းဆက် အမှာစကားပြောကြား ခဲ့ပါသည်။
အဆိုပါ အခမ်းအနား၌ မြန်မာကောင်စစ်ဝန်ချုပ် ဦးကျော်ဇေယျာလင်း၊ ချုံချင့်မြို့ ကုန်သည်ကြီးများအသင်း ဥက္ကဋ္ဌ Mr. Zhang Xinghai နှင့် ဟောင်ကောင်အထူးအုပ်ချုပ်ရေးဒေသ အစိုးရ၏ ချုံချင့်ဆက်ဆံရေးရုံး ညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူး Ms. Deng Lixian တို့က အမှာစကားအသီးသီး ပြောကြားခဲ့ကြပါသည်။
ကောင်စစ်ဝန်ချုပ် ဦးကျော်ဇေယျာလင်းက အမှာစကားပြောကြားရာတွင် နွေဦးပွဲတော် သည် အသစ်ပြန်လည်စတင်မှု၊ သဟဇာတဖြစ်မှု၊ စည်းလုံးညီညွတ်မှုနှင့် မျှဝေထားသည့် မျှော် လင့်ချက်များကို ကိုယ်စားပြုသည့် အခါသမယဖြစ်ပြီး၊ မိတ်ဆွေချင်း ဆက်ဆံရေးကို ခိုင်မာ စေကာ အပြန်အလှန်နားလည်မှုကို မြှင့်တင်ပြီး ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုနှင့် ဘုံဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်ရေး အပေါ် ကတိကဝတ်ကို ထပ်လောင်း အတည်ပြုနိုင်သည့် အခွင့်အရေးဖြစ်ကြောင်း၊ ချုံချင့်မြို့ သည် တရုတ်နိုင်ငံ အနောက်ပိုင်းကို အရှေ့တောင်အာရှ၊ တောင်အာရှနှင့် ဆက်သွယ်ပေးသည့် အရေးပါသည့် ကုန်စည်ပို့ဆောင်ရေးနှင့် ကူးသန်းရောင်းဝယ်ရေးဗဟိုအဖြစ် တည်ရှိပြီး Western Land–Sea New Corridor နှင့် the China–Europe Railway Express ကဲ့သို့သော စီမံကိန်းများမှ တစ်ဆင့် ဒေသဆိုင်ရာနှင့် နိုင်ငံတကာဆက်သွယ်မှုများကို ခိုင်မာစေလျက်ရှိကြောင်း၊ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ သည် တရုတ်-မြန်မာ စီးပွားရေးစင်္ကြံအတွင်းရှိ အရေးပါသော မိတ်ဖက်နိုင်ငံဖြစ်ပြီး၊ ချုံချင့်မြို့ သည် ကုန်သွယ်ရေး၊ ရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံမှုနှင့် ထောက်ပံ့ရေးကွင်းဆင်း ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုများတွင် အထောက်အကူပြုလျက်ရှိကြောင်း၊ Western Land–Sea New Corridor မှတစ်ဆင့် မြန်မာ့ထွက် ကုန်များ တရုတ်ဈေးကွက်သို့ ဝင်ရောက်မှုကို လွယ်ကူစေလျက်ရှိကြောင်း၊ နောင်အနာဂတ်တွင် ဖွံ့ဖြိုးရေးမဟာဗျူဟာများ၏ ကိုက်ညီမှု၊ စီးပွားရေးအသိုက်အဝိုင်းများအကြား ဆက်သွယ်ရေး တိုးမြှင့်မှုနှင့် ဒေသဆိုင်ရာ စီးပွားရေးလမ်းကြောင်းများကို ထိရောက်စွာ အသုံးချခြင်းတို့မှ တစ်ဆင့် မြန်မာ-ချုံချင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှု ပိုမိုနက်ရှိုင်းလာမည်ဟု ယုံကြည်သည်ဟု ပြော ကြားခဲ့ပါသည်။

Consul General U Kyaw Zay Yar Lin Attends and Delivers a Speech at the 2026 Spring Festival Gathering

The 2026 Spring Festival Gathering was held on 4 February 2026 at the InterContinental Chongqing Raffles City in Chongqing Municipality, under the auspices of the Chongqing Chamber of Commerce. The event was attended by the Consul General of Myanmar in Chongqing, U Kyaw Zay Yar Lin, who delivered welcoming remarks on behalf of the Consuls General based in Chongqing.
At the reception, remarks were delivered respectively by U Kyaw Zay Yar Lin, Consul General of Myanmar in Chongqing, Mr. Zhang Xinghai, Chairman of Chongqing Federation of Industry and Commerce (General Chamber of Commerce), and Ms. Deng Lixian, Director of the Chongqing Liaison Office of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
In his address, Consul General U Kyaw Zay Yar Lin noted that the Spring Festival symbolizes renewal, harmony, unity, and shared hope. He emphasized that the occasion provides a valuable opportunity to strengthen friendship, enhance mutual understanding, and reaffirm commitments to cooperation and common development. He highlighted Chongqing’s important role as a major logistics and trade hub linking western China with Southeast Asia and South Asia, and its continuous efforts to strengthen regional and international connectivity through initiatives such as the Western Land–Sea New Corridor and the China–Europe Railway Express.
He further stated that Myanmar is an important partner within the China–Myanmar Economic Corridor, and that Chongqing plays a constructive role in supporting cooperation in trade, investment, and supply-chain connectivity. Through the Western Land–Sea New Corridor, access for Myanmar products to the Chinese market has been facilitated. Looking ahead, he expressed confidence that Myanmar–Chongqing cooperation will continue to deepen through closer alignment of development strategies, enhanced engagement among business communities, and the effective utilization of regional economic corridors.
The event was attended by officials from the Chongqing Municipal Government, Consuls General and representatives of consular missions based in Chongqing, as well as business leaders and representatives from chambers of commerce and business associations in Chongqing and Hongkong.
