မြန်မာ-ဘယ်လာရုစ် နှစ်နိုင်ငံ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာနများအကြား ဒုတိယအကြိမ် ညှိနှိုင်း ဆွေးနွေးပွဲ ကျင်းပရန် ဘယ်လာရုစ်နိုင်ငံ၊ မင့်စ်မြို့သို့ ရောက်ရှိနေသည့် နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီး ဌာန၊ ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီး ဦးကိုကိုကျော်သည် ၂၀၂၅ ခုနှစ်၊ အောက်တိုဘာလ ၃ ရက်တွင် ဘယ်လာရုစ်သမ္မတနိုင်ငံ၊ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီး မစ္စတာ မက်ဆင် ရူဇန်ကော့ဗ်နှင့် လည်းကောင်း၊ ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီး(၁) မစ္စတာ ဆာဂေးလူကာရှယ်ဗစ်ချ်နှင့်လည်းကောင်း ဘယ်လာရုစ်နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၌ သီးသန့် တွေ့ဆုံခဲ့ပြီး၊ ပညာရေး၊ သိပ္ပံနှင့်နည်းပညာ၊ အားကစားနှင့် ခရီးသွားလာရေး စသည့်ကဏ္ဍများ အပါအဝင် နှစ်နိုင်ငံဆက်ဆံရေးနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှု ပိုမိုနီးကပ်စွာ ဆောင်ရွက်သွားနိုင်မည့် အခြေအနေများကို ရင်းနှီးပွင့်လင်းစွာအမြင်ချင်းဖလှယ် ဆွေးနွေးခဲ့ကြကြောင်း သိရှိရပါသည်။

H.E. U Ko Ko Kyaw, Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, who is in Minsk to co-chair the Second Round of Myanmar–Belarus Bilateral Consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Myanmar and Belarus, held separate meetings with H.E. Mr. Maxim Ryzhenkov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus and H.E. Mr. Sergey Lukashevich, First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belarus. They cordially exchanged views on further promoting bilateral relations and cooperation in various sectors including education, science and technology, sports, and tourism.
