ချုံချင့်မြို့၊ မြန်မာကောင်စစ်ဝန်ချုပ်ရုံးမှ ကောင်စစ်ဝန်ချုပ် ဦးကျော်ဇေယျာလင်းသည် တရုတ်ပြည်သူ့သမ္မတနိုင်ငံ၊ စီချွမ်းပြည်နယ်၊ ချန်ဒူးမြို့၌ ၁၀-၆-၂၀၂၅ ရက်မှ ၁၂-၆-၂၀၂၅ ရက်အထိ ကျင်းပသည့် ဒုတိယအကြိမ် ရပ်ဝန်းနှင့် ပိုးလမ်းမစီမံကိန်းဆိုင်ရာ သိပ္ပံနှင့် နည်းပညာဖလှယ်ရေးကွန်ဖရင့် ဖွင့်ပွဲအခမ်းအနားနှင့် ဆက်စပ်ဖိုရမ်များသို့ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၊ သိပ္ပံနှင့် နည်းပညာဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ ပြည်ထောင်စုဝန်ကြီး ဒေါက်တာမျိုးသိန်းကျော် ဦးဆောင် သည့် မြန်မာကိုယ်စားလှယ်အဖွဲ့နှင့်အတူ တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ပါသည်။

၁၁-၆-၂၀၂၅ ရက်တွင် ဒုတိယအကြိမ် ရပ်ဝန်းနှင့် ပိုးလမ်းမစီမံကိန်းဆိုင်ရာ သိပ္ပံနှင့် နည်းပညာဖလှယ်ရေး ကွန်ဖရင့် ဖွင့်ပွဲအခမ်းအနားကို ကျင်းပခဲ့ရာ တရုတ်နိုင်ငံဘက်မှ CPC ဗဟိုကော်မတီ၊ နိုင်ငံရေးဗျုရို အမြဲတမ်းအဖွဲ့ဝင်နှင့် ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီးချုပ်ဖြစ်သူ H.E. Ding Xuexiang ၊ သိပ္ပံနှင့် နည်းပညာဝန်ကြီးဌာန ဝန်ကြီး H.E. Yin Hejun၊ စီချွမ်းပြည်နယ် CPC ပါတီ အတွင်းရေးမှူးနှင့် စီချွမ်းပြည်နယ် ပြည်သူ့ကွန်ကရက် အမြဲတမ်းကော်မတီ ဥက္ကဋ္ဌ Mr. Wang Xiaohui နှင့် စီချွမ်းပြည်နယ်နှင့် ချုံချင့်မြူနီစီပယ် အစိုးရအဖွဲ့အကြီးအကဲများ တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ကြပြီး၊ အီရန်နိုင်ငံ ဒုတိယသမ္မတ H.E Hossein Afshin၊ ဥစဘတ်ကစ္စတန်နိုင်ငံ ပထမဆုံး ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီးချုပ် H.E. Ramatov Achibay၊ ဆာဘီးယားနိုင်ငံ အမျိုးသား လွှတ်တော် ဒုတိယဥက္ကဋ္ဌ H.E. Marina Ragus ၊ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ သိပ္ပံနှင့် နည်းပညာဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ ပြည်ထောင်စုဝန်ကြီး ဒေါက်တာ မျိုးသိန်းကျော်နှင့် နိုင်ငံပေါင်း (၄၀)ကျော်တို့မှ ကိုယ်စား လှယ်များ၊ ပေကျင်းမြို့၊ ကွမ်းကျိုးမြို့၊ ချန်ဒူးမြို့နှင့် ချုံချင့်မြို့တို့ရှိ နိုင်ငံခြားသံရုံးများ၊ ကောင်စစ်ဝန်ချုပ်ရုံးများမှ ကိုယ်စားလှယ်များ တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ကြောင်း သိရှိရပါသည်။

၁၂-၆-၂၀၂၅ ရက်တွင် မြန်မာကောင်စစ်ဝန်ချုပ်သည် Presidents Roundtable Forum of University Network for Research Collaboration(iUNRC) ဖိုရမ်သို့ တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ရာ အဆိုပါဖိုရမ်သို့ တရုတ်နိုင်ငံ၊ သိပ္ပံနှင့် နည်းပညာဝန်ကြီးဌာန ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီး H.E. Lin Xin၊ တန်ဇန်းနီးယားနိုင်ငံ ပညာရေး၊ သိပ္ပံနှင့် နည်းပညာဝန်ကြီးဌာန ဝန်ကြီး H.E Adolf F.Mkenda ၊ ချုံချင့်မြူနီစီပယ်အစိုးရ ဒုတိယမြို့တော်ဝန် Ma Zhen၊ စီချွမ်းပြည်နယ် CPC ကော်မတီ အမြဲတမ်းကော်မတီအဖွဲ့ဝင် Mr. Zheng Li၊ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ ရန်ကုန်တက္ကသိုလ် ဒုတိယပါမောက္ခချုပ် ဒေါက်တာသန္တာအောင်၊ ချုံချင့်တက္ကသိုလ်၊ စီချွမ်းတက္ကသိုလ်တို့မှ ပါမောက္ခချုပ်များ၊ အီသီယိုးပီးယားနိုင်ငံ၊ အင်ဒိုနီးရှားနိုင်ငံ၊ ဥစဘတ်ကစ္စတန်နိုင်ငံ၊ ဘရူနိုင်းနိုင်ငံ၊ မွန်တီနီဂရိုးနိုင်ငံ၊ မွန်ဂိုလီးယားနိုင်ငံ၊ ဟန်ဂေရီနိုင်ငံ၊ မလေးရှားနိုင်ငံများရှိ တက္ကသိုလ်အသီးသီးတို့မှ ပါမောက္ခများက ပါဝင်ဆွေးနွေးခဲ့ကြပါသည်။

ဒုတိယအကြိမ် ရပ်ဝန်းနှင့် ပိုးလမ်းမစီမံကိန်းဆိုင်ရာ သိပ္ပံနှင့် နည်းပညာဖလှယ်ရေး ကွန်ဖရင့်ကို “Jointly building the road of innovation, promoting cooperation and development- working together to build the Belt and Road Science and Technology innovation community” ဆောင်ပုဒ်နှင့်အညီ ကျင်းပခြင်းဖြစ်ပြီး သိပ္ပံနှင့် နည်းပညာဝန်ကြီးအဆင့် အစည်းအဝေးများ၊ စကားဝိုင်းဆွေးနွေးပွဲများ၊ သိပ္ပံနှင့် နည်းပညာပူးပေါင်းလှုပ်ရှားမှုများ ဆောင်ရွက်သွားခဲ့ကြောင်း သိရှိရပါသည်။

Mr. Kyaw Zay Yar Lin, Consul-General of Myanmar in Chongqing attended opening ceremony and related forums of the Second Belt and Road Conference on Science and Technology Exchange held in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, People’s Republic of China from 10-6-2025 to 12-6-2025, along with the Myanmar delegation led by Dr. Myo Thein Kyaw, Union Minister of Science and Technology of Myanmar.

At the opening ceremony of the Conference on 11-6-2025, attendees from Chinese side were H.E. Ding Xuexiang, member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Vice Premier of the State Council, H.E. Wang Xiaohui, Secretary of the CPC Sichuan Provincial Committee and Chairman of the Standing Committee of Sichuan Provincial People’s Congress, H.E. Yin Hejuin, Minister of Science and Technology and leaders of the Sichuan Provincial and Chongqing Municipal Governments. As honorable guests from the foreign countries, H.E. Hossein Afshin, Vice President of Iran, H.E. Ramatov Achibay, First Deputy Prime Minister of Uzbekistan, H.E. Marina Ragus, Vice Speaker of the National Assembly of Serbia, Dr. Myo Thein Kyaw, Union Minister of Science and Technology of Myanmar and representatives from more than 40 countries, foreign embassies and consulate generals in Beijing, Guangzhou, Chengdu, and Chongqing attended the ceremony.

On 12-6-2025, the Myanmar Consul General attended the Presidents Roundtable Forum of University Network for Research Collaboration (iUNRC). The forum was attended and discussed by H.E. Lin Xin, Vice Minister of Science and Technology of China, H.E Adolf F. Mkenda, Minister of Education, Science and Technology of Tanzania, Ma Zhen, Vice Mayor of Chongqing Municipal Government, Mr. Zheng Li, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Sichuan Provincial Committee, Dr. Thandar Aung, Pro-Rector of Yangon University, Myanmar, President of Chongqing and Sichuan University, and Rectors from various universities in Ethiopia, Indonesia, Uzbekistan, Brunei, Montenegro, Mongolia, Hungary, and Malaysia.

The Second Belt and Road Conference on Science and Technology Exchange were held under the theme of “Jointly building the road of innovation, promoting cooperation and development-working together to build the Belt and Road Science and Technology innovation community.” At the Second Belt and Road Conference on Science and Technology Exchange, the science and technology ministerial-level meetings, dialogues and forums, and science and technology cooperation activities were held.
