ချုံချင့်မြို့ မြန်မာကောင်စစ်ဝန်ချုပ်ရုံးသည် ချုံချင့်မြို့နှင့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအကြား ကုန်စည်ပို့ ဆောင်ရေးကဏ္ဍ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုများ မြှင့်တင်နိုင်ရန် ရည်ရွယ်လျက် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ အပြည် ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာ ကုန်စည် ပို့ဆောင်ရေးဝန်ဆောင်မှု လုပ်ငန်းရှင်များအသင်း (Myanmar International Freight Forwarders’ Association -MIFFA) အသင်း ဥက္ကဋ္ဌ ဦးကျော်လွင်ဦး ဦးဆောင်သည့် အဖွဲ့ဝင် (၃၀)ဦး ပါဝင်သည့် အဖွဲ့ကို ၄-၉-၂၀၂၆ ရက်မှ ၉-၉-၂၀၂၆ ရက်အထိ ချုံချင့် မြို့သို့ ဖိတ်ကြား၍ ချုံချင့်မြို့ရှိ သက်ဆိုင်ရာ ဌာနများနှင့် ပေါင်းစပ်ညှိနှိုင်းလျက် စီးပွားရေးဆိုင်ရာ မိတ်ဆက်တွေ့ဆုံပွဲများနှင့် လေ့လာရေးခရီးစဉ်များကို စီစဉ်ပြုလုပ်ခဲ့ပါသည်။
မြန်မာကောင်စစ်ဝန်ချုပ်ရုံး၊ ချုံချင့်မြို့သည် ၈-၉-၂၀၂၆ ရက်တွင် ချုံချင့်မြို့ နိုင်ငံတကာ ကုန်သွယ်မှုမြှင့်တင်ရေးကောင်စီ (CCPIT-Chongqing)နှင့် ပူးပေါင်း၍ MIFFA နှင့် ချုံချင့်မြို့ စီးပွား ရေးနှင့် ကုန်စည်ပို့ဆောင်ရေးလုပ်ငန်းရှင်များအကြား စီးပွားရေးဆိုင်ရာ မိတ်ဖက်အစည်းအဝေး ကို ချုံချင့်မြို့ နိုင်ငံတကာကုန်သွယ်မှုမြှင့်တင်ရေးကောင်စီ၏ အစည်းအဝေးခန်းမ၌ လည်းကောင်း၊ ယွီကျုံးခရိုင် နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဌာနနှင့် ပူးပေါင်း၍ MIFFA နှင့် ချုံချင့်မြို့ ယွီကျုံးခရိုင်ရှိ ကုန်စည် ပို့ဆောင်ရေး လုပ်ငန်းရှင်များအကြား စီးပွားရေးဆိုင်ရာ မိတ်ဆက်တွေ့ဆုံပွဲကို ယွီကျုံးခရိုင် World Financial Centre (WFC) ၌ လည်းကောင်း၊ လျန်ကျန်းခရိုင် ပြည်ပရောက် တရုတ်လူမျိုးများ အသင်း(ချုံချင့်)နှင့် ပူးပေါင်း၍ MIFFA နှင့် လျန်ကျန်းခရိုင်ရှိ ကုန်စည်ပို့ဆောင်ရေး လုပ်ငန်းရှင်များ အကြား စီးပွားရေးဆိုင်ရာ မိတ်ဆက်တွေ့ဆုံပွဲကို လည်းကောင်း အသီးသီးကျင်းပပြုလုပ်ခဲ့ပါ သည်။
အဆိုပါမိတ်ဆက်တွေ့ဆုံပွဲများသို့ ကောင်စစ်ဝန်ချုပ် ဦးကျော်ဇေယျာလင်းနှင့်အတူ ယွီကျုံးခရိုင်ပါတီကော်မတီ အမြဲတမ်းကော်မတီဝင်နှင့် ဒုတိယခရိုင် အုပ်ချုပ်ရေးမှူး Mr. Han Peng၊ CCPIT-Chongqing ၏ ဒုတိယဥက္ကဋ္ဌ မစ္စတာ Yang Xuchao၊ ခရိုင် နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဌာန၊ ခရိုင် စီးပွားရေးနှင့် ကူးသန်းရောင်းဝယ်ရေးကော်မရှင်နှင့် ခရိုင် သယ်ယူ ပို့ဆောင်ရေးကော်မရှင်တို့မှ အရာရှိများနှင့် တာဝန်ရှိသူများ၊ MIFFA အသင်းမှ ဥက္ကဋ္ဌ ဦးကျော်လွင်ဦး ဦးဆောင်သည့် မြန်မာ နိုင်ငံမှ ကုန်စည်ပို့ဆောင်ရေး လုပ်ငန်းရှင် အဖွဲ့ဝင်များ၊ ချုံချင့်မြို့မှ စီးပွားရေးနှင့် ကုန်သွယ်ရေး လုပ်ငန်းရှင်များ၊ ကုန်စည်ပို့ဆောင်ရေး လုပ်ငန်းရှင်များ တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ကြပါသည်။
အဆိုပါ မိတ်ဆက်တွေ့ဆုံပွဲများမှတစ်ဆင့် မြန်မာကိုယ်စားလှယ်အဖွဲ့အနေဖြင့် ချုံချင့်မြို့ ကုန်စည်ပို့ဆောင်ရေး ကွန်ယက်၏ တိုးတက်မှုများနှင့် International Land-Sea Trade Corridor (ILSTC) ၏ အောင်မြင်မှုများအပေါ် လေ့လာခွင့်ရရှိခဲ့ကြပြီး၊ မြန်မာနှင့် တရုတ်လုပ်ငန်းရှင်များ အကြား ကုန်သွယ်ရေးနှင့် ကုန်စည်ပို့ဆောင်ရေး ချိတ်ဆက်မှုများ ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်မည့် အခွင့် အလမ်းများ ရှာဖွေနိုင်ခဲ့ကြကာ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မည့် မိတ်ဖက်ဆက်ဆံရေးအား ထူထောင်နိုင်ခဲ့ ကြကြောင်း သိရှိရပါသည်။
ထို့ပြင် အဆိုပါလေ့လာရေးအဖွဲ့သည် ချုံချင့်မြို့ ရှဖျင်ပခရိုင်ရှိ Dry Port ၊ Inland International Logistics Hub Park ၊ CR Intermodal Chongqing Terminal နှင့် ILSTC Operation Center များသို့ သွားရောက်လေ့လာ၍ ရှဖျင်ပခရိုင် စီးပွားရေးဌာန၊ ကုန်စည်ပို့ဆောင် ရေးဌာနနှင့် ILSTC Operation Center မှ တာဝန်ရှိသူများနှင့် တွေ့ဆုံဆွေးနွေးမှုများ ပြုလုပ် ခဲ့သည့်နည်းတူ ချုံချင့်မြို့ ကော်ယန်းဆိပ်ကမ်း (ရေကြောင်း သယ်ယူပို့ဆောင်ရေးဗဟိုဌာန နှင့် တရုတ်-မြန်မာ ကုန်သွယ်ရေးလမ်းကြောင်း)သို့ လည်းကောင်း၊ ချုံချင့် ကျန်းပေ အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင် ရာ လေဆိပ်ရှိ လေကြောင်းကုန်စည်ပို့ဆောင်ရေးဌာန၊ E Commence ဌာန ချုံချင့်နိုင်ငံတကာ ပြပွဲခန်းမ (မြန်မာ ကျောက်စိမ်းပြခန်း)သို့လည်းကောင်း သွားရောက်လေ့လာခဲ့ကြပါသည်။
မြန်မာကောင်စစ်ဝန်ချုပ်ရုံး ချုံချုင့်မြို့အနေဖြင့် ချုံချင့်မြို့၏ ကုန်စည်ပို့ဆောင်ရေး ကွန်ယက် အားသာချက်နှင့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၏ မဟာဗျူဟာမြောက် ပထဝီအနေအထား အားသာချက် များကို အသုံးချ၍ International Land-Sea Trade Corridor (ILSTC)မှတစ်ဆင့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံနှင့် ချံချုင့်အကြား လွယ်ကူမြန်ဆန် ကုန်ကျစရိတ် သက်သာပြီး ထိရောက်သည့် ကုန်စည်ပို့ဆောင်ရေး ကွန်ယက်များ တည်ဆောက်ရေး၊ ထောက်ပံ့ရေး ကွင်းဆက်များ ချိတ်ဆက်ရေးနှင့် ချုံချင့်-မြန်မာ အကြား စီးပွားရေးနှင့် ကုန်သွယ်ရေး ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှု မြှင့်တင်နိုင်ရေးအတွက် ရည်ရွယ်၍ Business to Business (B2B) ကဏ္ဍများ မြှင့်တင်နိုင်ရေး ကူညီပံ့ပိုးပေးလျက်ရှိကြောင်း သိရှိရပါ သည်။

Consulate-General of Myanmar in Chongqing Organizes Study Visits and Business Matching Meetings for the Myanmar International Freight Forwarders’ Association (MIFFA)

With the aim of promoting cooperation in the logistics and freight forwarding sector between Myanmar and Chongqing, the Consulate-General of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar in Chongqing invited a 30-member delegation of the Myanmar International Freight Forwarders’ Association (MIFFA) led by Chairman U Kyaw Lwin Oo, to visit Chongqing from 4 to 9 September 2026. In coordination with relevant authorities and organizations in Chongqing, the Consulate-General arranged a series of business matching meetings and study visits for the Myanmar delegation.
On 8 September 2026, the Consulate-General, in collaboration with the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Chongqing Committee (CCPIT-Chongqing), organized a Business Matching Meeting between MIFFA and business and logistics enterprises in Chongqing at the conference hall of CCPIT-Chongqing. On the same day, in collaboration with the Foreign Affairs Office of Yuzhong District, a Business Networking Meeting between MIFFA and logistics enterprises in Yuzhong District was held at the World Financial Centre (WFC) in Yuzhong District. In addition, in cooperation with the Overseas Chinese Federation of Liangjiang District, Chongqing, a Business Networking Meeting between MIFFA and logistics enterprises in Liangjiang District was also organized.
The meetings were attended by Mr. Kyaw Zay Yar Lin, Consul General ; Mr. Han Peng, Member of the Standing Committee of the Yuzhong District Committee of the Communist Party of China and Deputy Head of the Yuzhong District Government; Mr. Yang Xuchao, Vice Chairman of CCPIT-Chongqing; officials and representatives from the relevant district foreign affairs, commerce and transportation authorities; members of the Myanmar logistics delegation led by MIFFA Chairman U Kyaw Lwin Oo; as well as business, trade and logistics representatives from Chongqing.
Through these business networking and matching activities, the Myanmar delegation had the opportunity to gain a better understanding of the development of Chongqing’s logistics network and the achievements of the International Land-Sea Trade Corridor (ILSTC). The meetings also provided a valuable platform for Myanmar and Chinese businesses to explore potential opportunities for trade and logistics connectivity, exchange views on possible areas of cooperation, and establish new business partnerships.
As part of the study programme, the delegation visited the Dry Port, Inland International Logistics Hub Park, CR Intermodal Chongqing Terminal, and ILSTC Operation Center in Shapingba District. During the visits, the delegation held discussion with officials from the Shapingba District authorities responsible for commerce and logistics, as well as representatives of the ILSTC Operation Center.
The delegation also visited Guoyuan Port in Chongqing, including its waterway transportation hub and the China-Myanmar trade route. In addition, the delegation visited the air cargo transportation facilities and e-commerce facilities at Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport as well as Chongqing International Expo Center, including the Myanmar Jade Pavilion.
The Consulate-General of Myanmar in Chongqing continues to facilitate and support Business-to-Business (B2B) cooperation by leveraging Chongqing’s strengths as an international logistics hub and Myanmar’s strategic geographical location. Through the ILSTC, the Consulate-General aims to promote the development of convenient, fast, cost-effective and efficient logistics networks between Myanmar and Chongqing, strengthen supply-chain connectivity, and further enhance economic and trade cooperation between Myanmar and Chongqing.
