မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၏ အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာ နယ်နိမိတ်အကြောင်း သိကောင်းစရာ အလုပ်ရုံဆွေးနွေးပွဲ ဒုတိယနေ့ကို နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ လောကနတ်ခန်းမ၌ ၂၀၂၅ ခုနှစ်၊ ဩဂုတ်လ ၂၈ ရက် တွင် ဆက်လက်ကျင်းပပြုလုပ်ခဲ့ပါသည်။
ဆွေးနွေးပွဲဒုတိယနေ့တွင် နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ အမြဲတမ်းအတွင်းဝန် ဦးဟောက်ခန့်ဆုမ်း က အဖွင့်အမှာစကားပြောကြားရာ၌ ဆွေးနွေးပွဲ၏ ရည်ရွယ်ချက်၊ ပင်လယ်နယ်နိမိတ် သတ်မှတ်ခြင်း ကိစ္စရပ်များ၏ အရေးပါမှုများနှင့် ဆွေးနွေးပွဲအပြီး မျှော်မှန်းချက်များကို အဓိကထား ပြောကြားခဲ့ပါသည်။
ဆွေးနွေးပွဲ ဒုတိယနေ့တွင် ပို့ဆောင်ရေးနှင့် ဆက်သွယ်ရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၏ ရေကြောင်း ပို့ဆောင်ရေး ညွှန်ကြားမှုဦးစီးဌာန၊ ကာကွယ်ရေးဦးစီးချုပ်ရုံး (ရေ)၏ ရေတပ်ပင်မတိုင်းတာ ရေးတပ်၊ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၏ ကောင်စစ်ရေးရာနှင့် ဥပဒေရေးရာဦးစီးဌာန၊ ဥပဒေရေးရာဝန်ကြီးဌာနနှင့် ပညာရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာနတို့မှ ကျွမ်းကျင်သူ ကိုယ်စားလှယ်များက လူကိုယ်တိုင် ပါဝင် တက်ရောက်၍လည်းကောင်း၊ မြန်မာသံရုံး၊ စင်ကာပူမြို့မှ သံအမတ်/ သံရုံးယာယီတာဝန်ခံက အွန်လိုင်းမှတစ်ဆင့် ပါဝင်တက်ရောက်၍လည်းကောင်း မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ ၏ ပင်လယ်နယ်နိမိတ် ကိစ္စရပ်များကို ဥပဒေရေးရာနှင့် နည်းပညာရှုထောင့်တို့မှ ဆက်လက်ဆွေးနွေးခဲ့ကြပါသည်။
နှစ်ရက်တာ ကျင်းပပြုလုပ်ခဲ့သည့် အလုပ်ရုံဆွေးနွေးပွဲတွင် သက်ဆိုင်ရာဝန်ကြီးဌာနများ အကြား လက်တွေ့ ဆောင်ရွက်နေသည့် နယ်နိမိတ်ဆိုင်ရာ လုပ်ငန်းဆောင်တာများကို မျှဝေဆွေးနွေးပေး နိုင်သကဲ့သို့ ရှေ့ဆက်ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည့် လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များ၊ စိန်ခေါ်မှုများနှင့် အခက်အခဲများအပေါ် သဘောထားအမြင်များကို ရင်းနှီးပွင့်လင်းစွာ အမြင်ချင်းဖလှယ် နိုင်ခဲ့ပါသည်။ ဆွေးနွေးပွဲများအပြီးတွင် နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီး ဦးနိုင်မင်းကျော်က ဆွေးနွေးပွဲတွင် အဓိက ပါဝင်ဆွေးနွေးခဲ့သူများကို ဂုဏ်ပြုမှတ်တမ်းလွှာ များ အသီးသီးပေးအပ်ခဲ့ပါသည်။
ဆက်လက်၍ အလုပ်ရုံဆွေးနွေးပွဲပိတ်ပွဲအခမ်းအနားကို ကျင်းပပြုလုပ်ခဲ့ရာ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ ပြည်ထောင်စုဝန်ကြီးဦးသန်းဆွေက နိဂုံးချုပ်အမှာစကားပြောကြား ခဲ့ပါသည်။ ပြည်ထောင်စုဝန်ကြီးက နယ်နိမိတ်ဆိုင်ရာ မူဝါဒများကို ချမှတ်ရာတွင် တိကျမှန်ကန်ပြီး နိုင်ငံ့အကျိုးစီးပွားကို အကောင်းဆုံး ဖော်ဆောင်နိုင်ရေး ကြိုးပမ်းဆောင် ရွက်ရန် အရေးကြီးသည့် အခြေအနေများ၊ အိမ်နီးချင်းနိုင်ငံများနှင့် နယ်နိမိတ်ကိစ္စရပ်များကို ညှိနှိုင်းဆွေးနွေး အဖြေရှာရာတွင် ပိုမိုလိမ္မာ ပါးနပ်ပြီး ထိရောက်ကောင်းမွန်သော နည်းလမ်း၊ ရပ်တည်ချက်များဖြင့် အကောင်အထည်ဖော် ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရန် လိုအပ်သည့်အခြေအနေ များကို ထည့်သွင်းပြောကြားခဲ့ပြီးနောက် အလုပ်ရုံဆွေးနွေးပွဲကို ပိတ်သိမ်းခဲ့ကြောင်း သိရှိရပါသည်။

The Second Day of Workshop on “Understanding Myanmar’s International Boundary” and Closing Ceremony were held

The two-day workshop on “Understanding Myanmar’s International Boundary” continued at the Lawkanatt Hall of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on 28th August 2025.
On the second day, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs U Hau Khan Sum delivered the opening remarks. In his remarks, he highlighted on the objective of the workshop, the importance of maritime boundary delimitation and the expected outcomes of the workshop.
Experts from the Maritime Administration Department of the Ministry of Transportation and Communication, the Myanmar Naval Hydrographic Centre of the Office of the Commander-in-Chief (Navy), International Law and Treaties Division of the Consular and Legal Affairs Department of Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Legal Affairs and Ministry of Education, as well as Charge d’Affaires of the Myanmar Embassy in Singapore, took part in the discussions both in person and online. The discussion focused on the legal frameworks and technical aspects of the maritime boundary delimitation including the matters related to delimitation of Continental Shelf beyond 200 nautical miles.
Over the course of the two-day workshop, participants from the relevant ministries shared experiences, discussed future plans, and cordially exchanged views on challenges and difficulties. At the end of the workshop, Certificates of Participation were given to the panelists by U Naing Min Kyaw, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs.
Afterwards, a closing ceremony of the two-day workshop was held and U Than Swe, Union Minister for Foreign Affairs delivered closing remarks. In his remarks, he appreciated all the participants for their active participation and discussion at the workshop. He underscored the importance of pursuing border policies which can serve the national interest and strengthening of the capacity in dealing with boundary matters.
