နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီး ဦးနိုင်မင်းကျော် ခေါင်းဆောင်သည့် မြန်မာကိုယ်စားလှယ်အဖွဲ့သည် ကိုလံဘီယာနိုင်ငံ၊ ရီယိုအာချာမြို့၌ ၂-၉-၂၀၂၅ ရက်မှ ၄-၉-၂၀၂၅ ရက်အထိ ကျင်းပခဲ့သည့် ရွှေ့ပြောင်းသွားလာမှု၊ ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်မှုတို့နှင့်စပ်လျဉ်းသည့် ကမ္ဘာလုံးဆိုင်ရာဖိုရမ်၏ (၁၅) ကြိမ်မြောက် ထိပ်သီးဆွေးနွေးပွဲ (15th Summit of the Global Forum on Migration and Development) သို့ တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ကြပါသည်။
ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီး ဦးဆောင်သည့် ကိုယ်စားလှယ်အဖွဲ့သည် ဖိုရမ်၏ပထမနေ့(၂-၉-၂၀၂၅ ရက်)တွင် ဖွင့်ပွဲအခမ်းအနားသို့လည်းကောင်း၊ “Striking a New Deal on Pathways: Aligning Priorities for Countries of Destination and Origin” ခေါင်းစဉ်ဖြင့် ကျွမ်းကျင်သူ အဆင့် စကားဝိုင်းသို့လည်းကောင်း၊ “Durable Solutions to Internal Displacement” ခေါင်းစဉ်ဖြင့် ကျွမ်းကျင်သူ အဆင့်စကားဝိုင်းသို့လည်းကောင်း တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ကြပါသည်။ ဆွေးနွေးပွဲဖိုရမ်၏ ဒုတိယနေ့ (၃-၉-၂၀၂၅ ရက်)တွင် “Care work in migration, recognition, advocacy and progress on the global and regional migration” ခေါင်းစဉ်ဖြင့် ကျွမ်းကျင်သူ အဆင့်စကားဝိုင်းသို့လည်းကောင်း၊ “Restoration of Rights as the Cornerstone for a Dignified Return” ခေါင်းစဉ်ဖြင့် ကျွမ်းကျင်သူအဆင့်စကားဝိုင်းသို့ လည်းကောင်း တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ကြပါသည်။ ဖိုရမ် တတိယနေ့ (၄-၉-၂၀၂၅ ရက်)တွင် Future of the Forum ကိုလည်းကောင်း၊ ပိတ်ပွဲအခမ်းအနားကိုလည်းကောင်း တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ကြပါ သည်။
အဆိုပါဖိုရမ်၏ ဖွင့်ပွဲအခမ်းအနားသို့ ကိုလံဘီယာသမ္မတ H.E. Mr. Gustavo Petro နှင့် နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဖြစ်သူ Mrs. Rosa Yolanda Villavicencio Mapy တို့က တက်ရောက်၍ အဖွင့်အမှာစကား အသီးသီးပြောကြားခဲ့ပြီး နိုင်ငံပေါင်း (၆၉) နိုင်ငံမှ ကိုယ်စားလှယ်များ ကုလသမဂ္ဂ၊ အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာအဖွဲ့အစည်းများနှင့် လေ့လာသူများ (၇၃) ဖွဲ့၊ စုစုပေါင်း အင်အား (၁၂၀၀) ဦးခန့် တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ပါသည်။
ဆွေးနွေးပွဲအား ရွှေ့ပြောင်းသွားလာမှုနှင့် ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်မှုတို့နှင့်ပတ်သက်၍ ပွင့်လင်းမြင်သာ မှုရှိပြီး အပြုသဘောဆောင်သော မူဝါဒဆွေးနွေးပွဲများကို အစိုးရများနှင့် အစိုးရမဟုတ်သော အဖွဲ့အစည်းများအကြား အပြန်အလှန်ဆွေးနွေးဖလှယ်၍ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုမြှင့်တင်သွား ရန် ရည်ရွယ်၍ ကျင်းပပြုလုပ်ခဲ့ခြင်းဖြစ်ပါသည်။
ပြစ်သစ်နိုင်ငံ ပါရီမြို့၌ ရပ်နားစဉ် နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီးသည် ပါရီမြို့ရှိ မြန်မာသံရုံးမှ သံရုံးဝန်ထမ်းများနှင့်တွေ့ဆုံကာ လိုအပ်သည်များကို မှာကြားခဲ့ပါသည်။

Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs U Naing Min Kyaw attends the15th Summit of the Global Forum on Migration and Development

Myanmar delegation led by U Naing Min Kyaw, Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs, attended the 15th Summit of the Global Forum on Migration and Development held in Riohacha, Colombia, from 2 to 4 September 2025. The summit focused on issues related to migration and development.
The delegation led by the Deputy Minister attended the opening ceremony of the Forum on its first day (2 September 2025) and participated in the expert-level panel discussions under the themes “Striking a New Deal on Pathways: Aligning Priorities for Countries of Destination and Origin” and “Durable Solutions to Internal Displacement.” On the second day of the Forum (3 September 2025), the delegation attended expert-level panel discussions under the themes “Care Work in Migration: Recognition, Advocacy, and Progress on Global and Regional Migration” and “Restoration of Rights as the Cornerstone for a Dignified Return.” On the third day of the Forum (4 September 2025), the delegation attended the “Future of the Forum” session as well as the closing ceremony.
At the opening ceremony of the Forum, H.E. Mr. Gustavo Petro, President of Colombia, and Mrs. Rosa Yolanda Villavicencio Mapy, Minister of Foreign Affairs, delivered opening remarks. Approximately 1,200 people, including representatives from 69 countries, along with 73 delegations from the United Nations, international organizations and research institutions, participated in the event.
The Forum was organized with the aim of promoting transparency in migration and development issues, and fostering mutual dialogue and collaboration between governments and non-governmental organizations through constructive policy discussions.
During the stopover in France, the Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs visited the Myanmar Embassy in Paris. Following a tour of the embassy, he met the embassy staff and gave necessary guidance.
