၂၀၂၄ ခုနှစ်၊ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတော် အကြီးအကဲ၏ ချုံချင့်မြို့သို့ လာရောက်ခဲ့သည့် ခရီးစဉ်အတွင်း ချုံချင့်မြူနီစီပယ်ပါတီ ကော်မတီအတွင်းရေးမှူး မစ္စတာယွမ်ကျားကျွင်းနှင့် မြန်မာအစိုးရဝန်ထမ်း ပညာတော်သင်များအတွက် ပညာသင်ဆုများ ပေးအပ်သွားနိုင်ရေး ညှိနှိုင်းဆွေးနွေးချက်အရ ချုံချင့်မြူနီစီပယ်အစိုးရ၊ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဌာနသည် ရန်ကုန်မြို့ရှိ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံဆိုင်ရာ တရုတ်သံရုံးနှင့်ပူးပေါင်း၍ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၊ ဝန်ကြီးဌာနအသီးသီးမှ ကိုယ်စားလှယ်များအတွက် အလုပ်ရုံဆွေးနွေးပွဲများကို ကျင်းပပြုလုပ်သွားမည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
၁၅-၉-၂၀၂၆ ရက် နံနက် ၁၀၀၀ နာရီတွင် မြန်မာကောင်စစ်ဝန်ချုပ်ရုံး၊ ချုံချင့်မြို့မှ ကောင်စစ်ဝန်ချုပ် ဦးကျော်ဇေယျာလင်းသည် ချုံချင့်မြူနီစီပယ်အစိုးရ၊ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဌာန၌ ကျင်းပပြုလုပ်သည့် အဆိုပါ တရုတ်(ချုံချင့်)-မြန်မာ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ရေးဆိုင်ရာ အလုပ်ရုံဆွေးနွေးများ ဖွင့်ပွဲအခမ်းအနားသို့ တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ပါသည်။
အဆိုပါ အလုပ်ရုံဆွေးနွေးပွဲများ ဖွင့်ပွဲအခမ်းအနားသို့ တရုတ်ဘက်မှ ချုံချင့်မြူနီစီပယ်အစိုးရ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဌာနမှ ဒုတိယညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူးချုပ် Mr. Fengzimin၊ တရုတ်အနောက်တောင်ပိုင်းတက္ကသိုလ်မှ ဒုတိယပါမောက္ခချုပ် Mr. Bai Xianliang၊ တရုတ်အနောက်တောင်ပိုင်း နိုင်ငံရေးသိပ္ပံနှင့်ဥပဒေရေးရာတက္ကသိုလ်မှ ဒုတိယပါမောက္ခချုပ် Ms. Li Yan၊ ချုံချင့် နည်းပညာနှင့် စီးပွားရေးတက္ကသိုလ်မှ ဒုတိယပါမောက္ခချုပ် Ms.Bai Qun၊ ချုံချင့်မြူနီစီပယ်အစိုးရ ပညာရေးကော်မရှင်မှ ဒုတိယညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူး Mr. Cheng Ling နှင့် အစိုးရတာဝန်ရှိသူများ တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ပြီး၊ မြန်မာဘက်မှ မြန်မာကောင်စစ်ဝန်ချုပ်ရုံး၊ ချုံချင့်မြို့မှ ကောင်စစ်ဝန်ချုပ် ဦးကျော်ဇေယျာလင်းနှင့် ဝန်ကြီးဌာနအသီးသီးမှ သင်တန်းသားကိုယ်စားလှယ် (၄၀) ဦး တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ကြကြောင်း သိရှိရပါသည်။
ချုံချင့်မြူနီစီပယ်အစိုးရအနေဖြင့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၊ ဝန်ကြီးဌာနအသီးသီးမှ ကိုယ်စားလှယ် (၄၀) ဦးအား ဖိတ်ကြားလျက် ချုံချင့်မြို့ရှိ တရုတ်အနောက်တောင်တက္ကသိုလ်တွင် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံစိုက်ပျိုးရေး ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်မှုဆိုင်ရာ စွမ်းဆောင်ရည်မြှင့်တင်ရေး ဆွေးနွေးပွဲကိုလည်းကောင်း၊ တရုတ်အနောက်တောင်ပိုင်း နိုင်ငံရေးသိပ္ပံနှင့်ဥပဒေရေးရာတက္ကသိုလ်တွင် တရုတ်(ချုံချင့်)–မြန်မာ တရားဥပဒေစိုးမိုးရေးဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်မှုနှင့် စဉ်ဆက်မပြတ် ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်ရေးဆိုင်ရာ အဆင့်မြင့်ဆွေးနွေးပွဲကိုလည်းကောင်း၊ ချုံချင့် နည်းပညာနှင့်စီးပွားရေးတက္ကသိုလ်တွင် မြန်မာအစိုးရအရာရှိများအတွက် ဒစ်ဂျစ်တယ်စီးပွားရေးနှင့် ကုန်သွယ်ရေးဆိုင်ရာ အထူးသင်တန်းကိုလည်းကောင်း စက်တင်ဘာလ ၁၅ ရက်မှစတင်၍ ရက်သတ္တ (၁) ပတ်ကြာ အသီးသီး ဖွင့်လှစ်သွားမည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း သိရှိရပါသည်။

Consul General U Kyaw Zay Yar Lin Attends Opening Ceremony of China (Chongqing)–Myanmar Cooperation Workshops

During the visit of the Head of State of Myanmar to Chongqing in 2024, discussions were held with Mr. Yuan Jiajun, Secretary of the Chongqing Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China, regarding the provision of scholarships for Myanmar government officials to pursue study and training in China. Pursuant to these discussions, the Foreign Affairs Office of the Chongqing Municipal People’s Government, in cooperation with the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Myanmar in Yangon, is organizing a series of workshops for representatives from various ministries of Myanmar.
At 10:00 a.m. on 15 September 2026, U Kyaw Zay Yar Lin, Consul General of the Consulate-General of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar in Chongqing, attended the opening ceremony of the China (Chongqing)–Myanmar Cooperation Workshops, held at the Foreign Affairs Office of the Chongqing Municipal People’s Government.
The opening ceremony was attended by Chinese officials, including Mr. Feng Zimin, Deputy Director-General of the Foreign Affairs Office of the Chongqing Municipal People’s Government; Mr. Bai Xianliang, Vice President of Southwest University; Ms. Li Yan, Vice President of Southwest University of Political Science and Law; Ms. Bai Qun, Vice President of Chongqing Technology and Business University; and Mr. Cheng Ling, Deputy Director of the Chongqing Municipal Education Commission, together with other government officials.
The Myanmar side was represented by U Kyaw Zay Yar Lin, Consul General of the Consulate-General of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar in Chongqing, and 40 trainee representatives from various ministries of Myanmar.
The Chongqing Municipal People’s Government has invited 40 representatives from various ministries of Myanmar to participate in three separate training programs, each to be conducted for one week starting from 15 September 2026.
The Seminar on Capacity Building for Agricultural Development in Myanmar is being held at Southwest University in Chongqing. The High-Level Seminar on the Development of the Rule of Law and Sustainable Development between China (Chongqing) and Myanmar is being held at Southwest University of Political Science and Law. Meanwhile, the Special Training Course on Digital Economy, Trade and Commerce for Myanmar Government Officials is being conducted at Chongqing Technology and Business University.
