၂၃-၆-၂၀၂၆ ရက် နံနက် ၁၀:၀၀ နာရီတွင် မြန်မာကောင်စစ်ဝန်ချုပ်ရုံး၊ ချုံချင့်မြို့မှ ကောင်စစ်ဝန်ချုပ် ဦးကျော်ဇေယျာလင်းသည် ချုံချင့်မြို့၊ ပီရှန်းဆေးရုံ၌ ကျင်းပပြုလုပ်သည့် မြောက်ဥက္ကလာ အထွေထွေရောဂါကု ဆေးရုံနှင့် ပီရှန်းဆေးရုံတို့အကြား ဆေးပညာဖလှယ်ရေး အစီအစဉ် ဖွင့်ပွဲအခမ်းအနားသို့ တက်ရောက်၍ အမှာစကားပြောကြားခဲ့ပါသည်။
အဆိုပါ ဆေးပညာဖလှယ်ရေးအစီအစဉ်ကို ချုံချင့်နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဌာန၊ မြန်မာကောင်စစ်ဝန် ချုပ်ရုံးနှင့် ပီရှန်းဆေးရုံတို့က ပူးပေါင်း၍ စီစဉ်ကျင်းပခဲ့ခြင်းဖြစ်ပါသည်။ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၊ ရန်ကုန်မြို့ရှိ မြောက်ဥက္ကလာ အထွေထွေရောဂါကု ဆေးရုံကြီးမှ ဆေးပညာရှင်များ၊ ဆရာဝန်၊ သူနာပြုနှင့် ဆေးရုံစီမံခန့်ခွဲမှုဆိုင်ရာ ကိုယ်စားလှယ်များ ပါဝင်သည့်အဖွဲ့အား ချုံချင့်မြို့ရှိ ပီရှန်းဆေးရုံသို့ ဖိတ် ကြား၍ ဆေးရုံနှစ်ရုံအကြား ချစ်ကြည်ရင်းနှီးမှုနှင့် ကူးလူးဆက်သွယ်မှုများ တိုးမြှင့်စေရန်၊ ဆေး ပညာဆိုင်ရာ ဖလှယ်မှုများနှင့် ပူးတွဲ လေ့ကျင့်ရေးအစီအစဉ်များ ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်စေရန် ရည်ရွယ် ပြုလုပ်ခဲ့ခြင်း ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
ဆေးပညာဖလှယ်ရေး အစီအစဉ် ဖွင့်ပွဲအခမ်းအနားသို့ တရုတ်ဘက်မှ ချုံချင့်နိုင်ငံခြားရေး ဌာန Second-level Inspector (ဒုတိယညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူးချုပ်အဆင့်ရှိ) Ms. Fan Qing၊ ပီရှန်းခရိုင် ဒုတိယမြို့တော်ဝန် Mr. Zhang Chuan ၊ ပီရှန်းခရိုင် အစိုးရတာဝန်ရှိသူများနှင့် ပီရှန်းဆေးရုံမှ တာဝန်ရှိသူများ တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ပြီး၊ မြန်မာဘက်မှ မြန်မာကောင်စစ်ဝန်ချုပ်ရုံး၊ ချုံချင့်မြို့မှ ကောင်စစ် ဝန်ချုပ် ဦးကျော်ဇေယျာလင်းနှင့် ပရော်ဖက်ဆာ ဒေါက်တာနေအောင်ထွန်း ဦးစီးသည့် မြောက်ဥက္ကလာ အထွေထွေရောဂါကုဆေးရုံကြီးမှ ကိုယ်စားလှယ်အဖွဲ့တို့ တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ကြပါသည်။
အဆိုပါအခမ်းအနားတွင် မြန်မာကောင်စစ်ဝန်ချုပ်က ၂၀၂၃ ခုနှစ်၊ နိုဝင်ဘာလတွင် ပီရှန်း ဆေးရုံနှင့် မြောက်ဥက္ကလာ အထွေထွေရောဂါကု ဆေးရုံတို့အကြား ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ရေးဆိုင်ရာ နားလည်မှု စာချွန်လွှာလက်မှတ်ရေးထိုးနိုင်ခဲ့သဖြင့် ဆေးရုံနှစ်ရုံအကြား နားလည်မှု၊ ယုံကြည်မှုနှင့် ချစ်ကြည်ရင်းနှီးမှုကို မြှင့်တင်ပေးနိုင်ခဲ့ပါကြောင်း၊ ချုံချင့်မြို့၊ မြန်မာကောင်စစ်ဝန်ချုပ်ရုံးနေဖြင့် နှစ်နိုင်ငံအကြား ဆေးပညာနှင့် ပညာရေးကဏ္ဍတို့တွင် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုများ ပိုမိုတိုးချဲ့နိုင်ရန် တက်ကြွစွာ ဆောင်ရွက်လျက်ရှိကြောင်း၊ ယခုပြုလုပ်သည့် ဆေးပညာဖလှယ်ရေးအစီအစဉ်သည် အနာဂတ်တွင် ပြည်သူ့ကျန်းမာရေးစောင့်ရှောက်မှု၊ ဆေးပညာ၊ သုတေသနနှင့် ပြည်သူချင်းဖလှယ်မှု တို့တွင် ပိုမိုကျယ်ပြန့်သည့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုများအတွက် ခိုင်မာသည့် အုတ်မြစ်ချပေးနိုင်မည် ဖြစ်သည်ဟု ပြောကြားခဲ့ကြောင်း သိရှိရပါသည်။

Consul General U Kyaw Zay Yar Lin Attended the Opening Ceremony of the Medical Exchange Program Held at Bishan Hospital

At 10:00 a.m. on 23 June 2026, Consul General U Kyaw Zay Yar Lin of the Consulate General of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar in Chongqing attended and delivered remarks at the opening ceremony of the Medical Exchange Program between North Okkalapa General Hospital and Bishan Hospital, held at Bishan Hospital in Chongqing.
The Medical Exchange Program was jointly organized by the Chongqing Foreign Affairs Office, the Consulate General of Myanmar in Chongqing, and Bishan Hospital. A delegation comprising medical specialists, doctors, nurses, and hospital management representatives from North Okkalapa General Hospital in Yangon, Myanmar, was invited to visit Bishan Hospital in Chongqing. The program was organized with the aim of enhancing friendship and exchanges between the two hospitals, as well as promoting medical exchanges and joint training programs.
The opening ceremony was attended on the Chinese side by Ms. Fan Qing, Second-Level Inspector (Deputy-Director General) of the Chongqing Foreign Affairs Office; Mr. Zhang Chuan, Deputy District Mayor of Bishan District; officials from the Bishan District Government; and representatives of Bishan Hospital. On the Myanmar side, Consul General U Kyaw Zay Yar Lin from the Consulate General of Myanmar in Chongqing and the delegation from North Okkalapa General Hospital led by Professor Dr. Nay Aung Htun attended the event.
In his remarks, the Consul General stated that the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on cooperation between Bishan Hospital and North Okkalapa General Hospital in November 2023 had contributed to strengthening mutual understanding, trust, and friendship between the two hospitals. He noted that the Consulate General of Myanmar in Chongqing has been actively working to further expand cooperation between the two countries in the fields of healthcare and education. He further emphasized that the current Medical Exchange Program would lay a solid foundation for broader cooperation in public healthcare, medical science, research, and people-to-people exchanges in the future.
