၁၈-၆-၂၀၂၆ ရက် နေ့လယ် ၁၄:၂၀ နာရီတွင် မြန်မာကောင်စစ်ဝန်ချုပ်ရုံး၊ ချုံချင့်မြို့မှ ကောင်စစ်ဝန်ချုပ် ဦးကျော်ဇေယျာလင်းသည် ချုံချင့်မြို့၊ ထုံးလျန်ခရိုင်၌ ကျင်းပပြုလုပ်သည့် “Overseas Chinese Assistance in Going Global” နိုင်ငံတကာ စီးပွားရေးနှင့် ကုန်သွယ်မှု ဖလှယ်ရေးညီလာခံသို့ တက်ရောက်၍ အမှာစကားပြောကြားခဲ့ပါသည်။
အခမ်းအနားကို Chongqing Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese နှင့် ချုံချင့်မြို့ ထုံးလျန်ခရိုင် ပြည်သူ့အစိုးရအဖွဲ့တို့ပူးပေါင်း၍ ကျင်းပပြုလုပ်ခဲ့ပြီး၊ ပြည်တွင်းပြည်ပရှိ ချုံချင့် (ထုံးလျန်) စီးပွားရေးလုပ်ငန်းရှင်များအနေဖြင့် ထုံးလျန်ခရိုင်ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်ရန် ရည်ရွယ်၍ ကျင်းပ ခြင်းဖြစ်ပါသည်။ အခမ်းအနားတွင် ချုံချင့်မြို့ ထုံးလျန်ခရိုင်ကော်မတီ အမြဲတမ်းကော်မတီဝင်၊ အထူးတပ်ပေါင်းစုလုပ်ငန်းဌာန၊ ဌာနမှူး Mr. Zeng Zheng အပါအဝင် အနောက်ဘက် ကုန်းလမ်း-ရေလမ်း ကုန်သွယ်မှု လမ်းကြောင်းသစ် (Western Sea-Land New Transport Corridor) တစ်လျှောက်ရှိ နိုင်ငံများမှ ကောင်စစ်ဝန်ချုပ်များက အသီးသီးအမှာစကား ပြောကြားခဲ့ကြ ပါသည်။
မြန်မာကောင်စစ်ဝန်ချုပ်က အမှာစကားပြောကြားရာတွင် မြန်မာ-တရုတ် “ဆွေမျိုးပေါက် ဖော်” ချစ်ကြည်ရေး၊ ကုန်သွယ်ရေးနှင့် ရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံမှု ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုများကို အလေးပေး ပြောကြားခဲ့ပြီး ၂၀၂၅ ခုနှစ်တွင် ချုံချင့်-မြန်မာ ကုန်သွယ်မှုပမာဏ ယွမ် ၂.၄၉ ဘီလီယံရှိကာ ယခင်နှစ်ထက် ၆၃ ရာခိုင်နှုန်း တိုးတက်ခဲ့ကြောင်း၊ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံသမ္မတ၏ တရုတ်ပြည်သူ့သမ္မတ နိုင်ငံသို့ နိုင်ငံတော်အဆင့်ချစ်ကြည်ရေးခရီးစဉ် (State Visit)အတွင်း ကဏ္ဍပေါင်းစုံပူးပေါင်း ဆောင်ရွက်မှု ဆိုင်ရာ သဘောတူစာချုပ်နှင့် နားလည်မှုစာချွန်လွှာ ၁၈ ခုကို လက်မှတ်ရေးထိုးနိုင် ခဲ့ကြောင်းနှင့် ချုံချင့်နှင့် ရန်ကုန်တိုင်းဒေသကြီးတို့သည် ချစ်ကြည်ရေးညီအစ်မဒေသများအဖြစ် နားလည်မှုစာချွန်လွှာ လက်မှတ်ရေးထိုးထားသဖြင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင် ရွက်မှုအခွင့်အလမ်းများ ပိုမိုပေါ်ပေါက်လာကြောင်း ပြောကြားခဲ့ပါသည်။ ထို့ပြင် ချုံချင့်နှင့်ထုံးလျန်ခရိုင်မှ စီးပွားရေး လုပ်ငန်းရှင်များအား မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၏ စွမ်းအင်၊ စိုက်ပျိုးရေး၊ ကုန်ထုတ်လုပ်မှု၊ ခရီးသွားလုပ်ငန်းနှင့် နည်းပညာကဏ္ဍများတွင် ရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံရန် ဖိတ်ခေါ်ခဲ့ပြီး မြန်မာကောင်စစ်ဝန် ချုပ်ရုံးအနေဖြင့် လိုအပ်သည့် ပံ့ပိုးကူညီမှုများ ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရန် အသင့်ရှိကြောင်း ပြောကြားခဲ့ပါသည်။
အဆိုပါအခမ်းအနားသို့ ချုံချင့်မြို့ ထုံးလျန်ခရိုင်ပြည်သူ့အစိုးရအဖွဲ့မှ တာဝန်ရှိသူများ၊ အနောက်ဘက် ကုန်းတွင်း-ပင်လယ်ရေကြောင်း ကုန်သွယ်မှုစင်္ကြံသစ်တစ်လျှောက်ရှိ နိုင်ငံများမှ ကောင်စစ်ဝန်ချုပ်များ၊ ဟောင်ကောင်အခြေစိုက် အဖွဲ့အစည်းများ၊ ပြည်ပ စီးပွားရေး အသင်းအဖွဲ့ များနှင့် ကိုယ်စားလှယ်များ စုစုပေါင်း ၄၃၂ ဦး တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ကြပြီး ဈေးကွက်အခွင့်အလမ်းများ၊ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုလမ်းကြောင်းများနှင့် လက်တွေ့ကျသော အတွေ့အကြုံများကို ဝေမျှ ဆွေးနွေးခဲ့ကြောင်း သိရှိရပါသည်။

Consul General U Kyaw Zay Yar Lin Attended the International Economic and Trade Exchange Conference in Tongliang District, Chongqing

At 2:20 p.m. on 18 June 2026, Consul General U Kyaw Zay Yar Lin of the Consulate General of Myanmar in Chongqing attended and delivered remarks at the “Overseas Chinese Assistance in Going Global” International Economic and Trade Exchange Conference held in Tongliang District, Chongqing.
The conference was jointly organized by the Chongqing Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese and the People’s Government of Tongliang District, Chongqing. It aimed to encourage entrepreneurs from Chongqing, particularly those from Tongliang District, in promoting the development of Tongliang District.
During the conference, Mr. Zeng Zheng, Member of the Standing Committee of the Tongliang District Committee of Chongqing Municipality, and Director of the United Front Work Department together with Consuls General from countries along the Western Land-Sea New Corridor, delivered keynote remarks.
In his speech, the Myanmar Consul General highlighted the enduring “Pauk-Phaw” friendship between Myanmar and China and emphasized the growing cooperation in trade and investment. He noted that trade volume between Chongqing and Myanmar reached RMB 2.49 billion in 2025, representing a 63 percent increase compared to the previous year. He also stated that during the recent State Visit to China by the President of Myanmar, a total of 18 agreements and Memoranda of Understanding in multi-sectoral cooperation were signed, laying a solid foundation for future cooperation and investment. Furthermore, he noted that Chongqing Municipality and Yangon Region had signed a Memorandum of Understanding on establishing a sister-region relationship, creating new opportunities for bilateral cooperation.
The Consul General also invited entrepreneurs from Chongqing and Tongliang District to explore investment opportunities in Myanmar’s energy, agriculture, manufacturing, tourism, and technology sectors. He reaffirmed that the Consulate General of Myanmar in Chongqing stands ready to facilitate and support mutually beneficial cooperation.
The conference was attended by officials from the People’s Government of Tongliang District, Consuls General from countries along the Western Land-Sea New Corridor, representatives of Hong Kong-based organizations, overseas business associations, and business representatives. A total of 432 participants attended the event and exchanged views on market opportunities, avenues for cooperation, and practical experiences.
