မြန်မာကောင်စစ်ဝန်ချုပ်ရုံး၊ ချုံချင့်မြို့မှ ကောင်စစ်ဝန်ချုပ် ဦးကျော်ဇေယျာလင်းသည် ၂၀-၅-၂၀၂၆ ရက်တွင် ချုံချင့်မြူနီစီပယ်မြို့ရှိ Yuzhou ဟိုတယ်တွင် ကျင်းပပြုလုပ်သည့် နိုင်ငံတကာ ချစ်ကြည်ရေးမြို့တော်များ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ရေးဆိုင်ရာကွန့်ဖရင့် ဖွင့်ပွဲအခမ်းအနားသို့ ရန်ကုန် တိုင်း ဝန်ကြီးချုပ် ဦးအောင်နိုင်သူ ဦးဆောင်သည့် ကိုယ်စားလှယ်အဖွဲ့နှင့်အတူ တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ ပါသည်။
အဆိုပါအခမ်းအနားကို ချုံချင့်မြူနီစီပယ်အစိုးရ ဒုတိယမြို့တော်ဝန် Mr. Huang Maojun မှ အခမ်းအနားမှူးအဖြစ် ဆောင်ရွက်ခဲ့ပြီး ချုံချင့်မြူနီစီပယ်ကော်မတီ CPC အတွင်းရေးမှူးနှင့် CPC ဗဟိုကော်မတီ၏ ပေါလစ်ဗျူရိုအဖွဲ့ဝင် Mr. Yuan Jiajun မှ အခမ်းအနားကို ဖွင့်လှစ်ပေးခဲ့ကာ ချုံချင့် မြူနီစီပယ်အစိုးရ ဒုတိယမြို့တော်ဝန် Mr. Zheng Xiangdong က အဖွင့်အမှာစကားပြောကြား ခဲ့ပါသည်။ အခမ်းအနားသို့ နိုင်ငံပေါင်း ၂၉ နိုင်ငံနှင့် မြို့ပေါင်း ၃၈ မြို့မှ ကိုယ်စားလှယ်အဖွဲ့များ၊ နိုင်ငံတကာချစ်ကြည်ရေးအဖွဲ့အစည်း ၉ ခု၊ နိုင်ငံပေါင်း ၁၇ နိုင်ငံမှ သံတမန်များ၊ ချုံချင့်နှင့် ချန်ဒူးမြို့ အခြေစိုက် ကောင်စစ်ဝန်ချုပ်ရုံးများမှ ကောင်စစ်ဝန်ချုပ်များ၊ နိုင်ငံခြားလုပ်ငန်း ရှင်များနှင့် စီးပွား ရေး အသင်းအဖွဲ့များမှ ကိုယ်စားလှယ်များ တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ကြပြီး မြို့ပြများအကြောင်း မိတ်ဆက် ပြသခြင်း၊ တရုတ်နိုင်ငံနှင့် နိုင်ငံတကာမှ ဖိတ်ကြားထားသော ဧည့်သည်တော်များ၏ မိန့်ခွန်း ပြော ကြားခြင်းနှင့် ချုံချင့်မြို့၏ နိုင်ငံတကာချစ်ကြည်ရေးမြို့တော်များ၏ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုဆိုင်ရာ အောင်မြင်မှုများကို ခင်းကျင်းပြသခဲ့ကြောင်း သိရှိရပါသည်။
ကောင်စစ်ဝန်ချုပ်သည် ယင်းနေ့ နေ့လယ်ပိုင်းတွင် ချုံချင့်မြူနီစီပယ်အစိုးရ နိုင်ငံခြားရေး ဌာနတွင် ကျင်းပပြုလုပ်သည့် နိုင်ငံတကာမိတ်ဖက် ချစ်ကြည်ရေးမြို့တော်များ၏ ယဉ်ကျေးမှုနှင့် ခရီးသွားလုပ်ငန်းမြှင့်တင်ရေး နှီးနှောဖလှယ်ပွဲသို့ လည်းကောင်း၊ ညပိုင်းတွင် Yuelai Wyndham Hotel တွင် ကျင်းပပြုလုပ်သည့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၊ ရန်ကုန်တိုင်းဒေသကြီးနှင့် တရုတ်ပြည်သူ့သမ္မတနိုင်ငံ၊ ချုံချင့် မြူနီစီပယ်ဒေသအကြား ချစ်ကြည်ရေးညီအစ်မဒေသများ ထူထောင်ခြင်းဆိုင်ရာ နားလည်မှု စာချွန် လွှာ လက်မှတ်ရေးထိုးပွဲ အခမ်းအနားသို့လည်းကောင်း ရန်ကုန်တိုင်းဒေသကြီး ဝန်ကြီးချုပ် ဦးဆောင် သော ကိုယ်စားလှယ်အဖွဲ့နှင့်အတူ ပါဝင်တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ပါသည်။ အဆိုပါ နားလည်မှုစာချွန်လွှာကို ရန်ကုန်မြို့တော် စည်ပင်သာယာရေး ကော်မတီဥက္ကဋ္ဌ၊ ရန်ကုန်မြို့တော်ဝန် ဦးမျိုးမြင့်အောင်နှင့် ချုံချင့်မြူနီစီပယ်အစိုးရ ဒုတိယမြို့တော်ဝန် Mr. Huang Maojun တို့က လက်မှတ်ရေးထိုးခဲ့ကြ ကြောင်း သိရှိရပါသည်။

Consul General U Kyaw Zay Yar Lin attended the Opening Ceremony of the International Friendship Cities Cooperation Conference and the Signing Ceremony of the Yangon – Chongqing Sister Region Memorandum of Understanding

U Kyaw Zay Yar Lin, Consul General of the Consulate-General of Myanmar in Chongqing, attended the opening ceremony of the International Friendship Cities Cooperation Conference held at Yuzhou Hotel in Chongqing Municipality on 20 May 2026, together with the delegation led by Yangon Region Chief Minister U Aung Naing Thu.
The ceremony was hosted by Mr. Huang Maojun, Vice Mayor of the Chongqing Municipal People’s Government. Mr. Yuan Jiajun, Secretary of the CPC Chongqing Municipal Committee and Member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, officially opened the conference, while Mr. Zheng Xiangdong, Vice Mayor of the Chongqing Municipal People’s Government, delivered the opening remarks.
The event was attended by delegations from 38 cities in 29 countries, representatives from 9 international friendship organizations, diplomats from 17 countries, Consuls General from the consular corps in Chongqing and Chengdu, as well as foreign entrepreneurs and representatives from business associations. The conference featured presentations introducing participating cities, speeches by distinguished guests from China and abroad, and exhibitions showcasing Chongqing’s achievements in international friendship city cooperation.
In the afternoon of the same day, the Consul General also attended the International Friendship Cities Cultural and Tourism Promotion Seminar held at the Foreign Affairs Office of the Chongqing Municipal People’s Government. In the evening, the Consul General joined the delegation led by the Yangon Region Chief Minister in attending the signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding on the Establishment of Sister Region Relations between Yangon Region of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar and Chongqing Municipality of the People’s Republic of China, held at Yuelai Wyndham Hotel.

The Memorandum of Understanding was signed by U Myo Myint Aung, Chairman of the Yangon City Development Committee and Mayor of Yangon, and Mr. Huang Maojun, Vice Mayor of the Chongqing Municipal People’s Government.
